Dinner

I had an awesome one last night. It was a pork tamale and a hand rolled chicken and cheese enchilada smothered in red chile with chips and salsa. I drank a Long Island iced tea and a Margarita. It was the shit. I want more now....mmmm....

Butter on sandwiches? Yuck.

I truly love mayo. I will put it on a lot of things, but no hamburgers. Last night I made chicken spread with it. Mmm. I won't touch ranch under any circumstance, not even flavored things like ranch potato chips. I don't like dressing at all, hence the reason I hardly ever eat salads. I like ketchup, just no on my sandwiches. I will eat it with hot dogs, but not if a bun is present. I hate mustard. I won't touch it. I still hate ranch more. Miracle whip is not that great. I will eat it, but sparingly.

Last night we had chicken fingers and mashed potatoes. I naturally got hungry again and made a chicken spread sandwich. Mmm.

You can stay at our place and cook for us, and we can show you all the great places to eat.

My grandma makes excellent Mexican food, oddly.

Other than that, there isn't many good Mexican places around here. A few, but they are hard to find and I'm not willing the sleuth through the crap. I just wait for Grandma to make some up.

We have good beer. Brew Pubs are the Northwest thing. I will go anywhere that has a good draft root beer. Extra points if they've cream soda in some fashion.

I'm slowly growing to love seafood, and with it growing to love sushi. So, when not eating at my pub, I often frequent those types of places.

Tonight it was just fettuccine alfredo Tuna Helper. It was pretty good, I guess I just wasn't in the mood for it though.

wtf is chicken snitzel? I have had weiner schnitzel, which is awesome and has nothing to do with an actual weiner, but never heard of it with chicken. Wouldn't that just be like a chicken fried steak?...

Last night we had biscuits and gravy.
