I had an awesome one last night. It was a pork tamale and a hand rolled chicken and cheese enchilada smothered in red chile with chips and salsa. I drank a Long Island iced tea and a Margarita. It was the shit. I want more now....mmmm....
Last night I had a sandwich that was composed of mayo, lettuce, and this tasty buffalo-spiced chicken meat on toasted 7 grain bread. It was so good. Mmmm...now I want another.
I went to the Fiery Food Festival this weekend and it was good. Someone there had some killer chile beans. But the best part is they had a Fiery Foods Official Monopoly! It is awesome. Maybe I'll upload some pics in a while.
Last night we made sandwiches too...marianted some beef in red wine and worcestshire, sauteed some onions and peppers, toasted up some onion rolls...topped with pepperjack cheese. I brought one for lunch today, too, and I can't wait to eat it. Was freaking delicious.
Sauteed onions and garlic...cut and threw in red, green and yellow bell peppers, added stewed tomatoes, sliced a beef roast and threw it all in the crock pot for about 3 hours, added some rice,
cooked for a bit more. It was super dee duper.
Last night I had my dad's calabacitas leftovers. It was pretty good. It need more meat and he didn't add chile because the step bro came over to eat. It was still pretty good.
