I had an awesome one last night. It was a pork tamale and a hand rolled chicken and cheese enchilada smothered in red chile with chips and salsa. I drank a Long Island iced tea and a Margarita. It was the shit. I want more now....mmmm....

Last night I had a medium-rare sirloin, mashed potatoes, chili beans and a cosmopolitan followed by some more alcohol. It was pretty freaking tasty. I think the steak was a little over cooked, but good none the less.

The National Fiery Foods and Barbecue is in NM this weekend. I'm so excited!
