I had an awesome one last night. It was a pork tamale and a hand rolled chicken and cheese enchilada smothered in red chile with chips and salsa. I drank a Long Island iced tea and a Margarita. It was the shit. I want more now....mmmm....

my daughter is making the family dinner tomorrow night..my mom is too sick to go..cough, cough..whatever

she's making whole wheat bow tie with ragu tomato and basil(heart healthy) with turkey meatballs, whole wheat bread and homemade lemonade..

i'm bringing a tossed salad and making a chocolate pudding pie..
